Where to go on Children’s day

Updated: Aug 24

Struggling to decide where to go on children’s Day? To find a fun place for both you and your family? If that is the case, Shinhwa World is a remarkable place.

In the Shinhwa World, there are two main activities to enjoy: the Shinhwa theme park and the Shinhwa water park. The Shinhwa Theme Park has many attractions such as the roller coaster and Vikings. For those who are young, do not worry, many enjoyable rides for those of younger age are still accessible. Not only this, there are gift shops and numerous restaurants worthy of a memorable day.

The Shinhwa Water Park is also another choice, there are 4 water slides and pools of every size that everyone can enjoy. The water park is divided into an indoor and outdoor area. When visiting on days that might be too cold for the outdoor pool, you could stay indoors and still enjoy the two water slides, a baby pool, a playground, and so much more. If you are feeling hungry, many restaurants are serving various foods on every corner. For example, mara-tang tacos. Outside the Water Park, you can also visit the bowling alley or the arcades that Shinhwa World provides. If you want to make your day extra special, you can book a room in the Shinhwa Resorts or the hotel.

Even if your family lives in the east of the island, do not worry, as Jeju Aqua-Planet is the most suitable place for you then. Jeju Aqua-Planet is known for its enormous size, and the beautiful display of sea animals will make your family have a memorable time. The world’s 9th biggest tank, “Jeju’s Sea” will bring awe with its great size and the pleasant view of marine life swimming harmoniously. You can also see the shows performed in the ocean arena — also, do not miss the gift shops and restaurants inside the aquarium. As Children’s Day only comes up once a year, it's better to travel somewhere unique.
